Young Actors Theatre Presents – the Auditorium
The oldest independent youth theater in Indianapolis presents three special shows at Central Library in January:
Snow White - Saturday, January 9th @ 11am
Cinderella - Saturday, January 9th @ 3pm
Welcome to the Monkey House - Thursday, January 14th @ 7pm & Sunday, January 17th @ 3pm
Each performance is free & open to the public.
Bilingual Storytime – Saturday, January 9th @ 2pm in the Theater New Activities!
Families are invited to join an interactive bilingual storytime celebrating the languages and cultures of the world.
December’s featured language is Dutch.

Go Around – Vortex / Mon. & Sat. @ 11:30am, Tues. @ 3pm
Go around--round, round, round--we go arrrouuund! First, take a look around, ALL the way around, you know, 360-degrees around. Next, turn the
Google Earth globe around. Last, temporarily jump into Google Earth locations for a 360-degree look-around. Go on in and take a look around.
Ages 6-18 & Family Groups.
Now You See It... – Arena / Mon. @ 1pm, Thurs. @ 3pm
...Now you don't! Make things disappear using design software and a laptop. Ages 8-18.
Toon-Cycle – Arena / Mon. & Weds. @ 3pm
Use your own voice and sound-effects to make classic cartoons new!

Compose a song, design an animation, test emerging technology, experience robotics, join CurveWorld, or draw a picture! This is your time to create using
new hardware or design software on Learning Curve laptops.
Mondays have activities concentrated during the daytime for our homeschool audience!

Clay 101 with Don Edwards – Sunday, December 6th from 2pm – 4pm
Children ages 6 and older are invited to sit at the potter’s wheel during this special craft program presented
by Don Edwards. Come dressed for the mess! Registration is required: 275-4222.

Digital Scribble – Group Coves / Mon. & Sat. @ 11:30am
Do you scribble, scrawl, or print? Use a drawing tablet to play with words and create a take-home gift. All-ages.
E-Read-Aloud-A-Thon – Think Tanks / Mon. & Weds. @ 3pm
Here’s the challenge: How many Kindle pages can we read out loud throughout December?
Record your Kindle read-aloud digitally so that it can be posted in CurveWorld. Ages 8-18.
Games2Play – Vortex / Tues. @ 3pm
